You can choose from several different classes, and each one can be adapted to your level of fitness and experience. All classes can be adapted to FIT YOU!
FUNctional Factory is our functional training type class where we work on exercises that look similar to movements in our everyday lives. It can help with athletic performance, injury prevention, and other everyday fitness tasks. Functional movements use large muscle groups that work together across the body. This class helps to learn and understand how proper form and strength training can improve our everyday lives.
Fit City is here to help increase bone density by facilitating and instructing Resistance Training, Strength Training and Functional Movements.
We will keep movements low impact while adding an outside load you are comfortable with. Fit City believes in the crawl, walk, run theory. We will help guide you through your workout, so you don’t feel alone or intimidated. Once both you and your Coach feel comfortable with the movements, we will begin to increase your external load to help build up that bone density.

The workout of the day is high intensity training tailored to your goals and lifestyle. Expect each workout to use a variety of functional movements. We spike your heart rate and let it come down a little bit and then spike it backup for various amounts of time. This is similar to circuit training or bootcamp style.
X-Fit is made up of safe, effective exercises using weights like barbells and kettlebells. It can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. X-Fit can work for everyone from people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years. Workouts can be scaled so everyone is comfortable with their movements to prevent injury.
Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions.
